WHAT CAN I BRING?

What sized backpack/purse can I bring?

Handbags and other bags are subject to search prior to entry into the Event. Other than handbags, any bags that Attendees wish to bring into the Event must be clear and transparent, no more than 12 inches each in height, width and length, with the contents visible.

Can I make signs and bring them?

No. Please refrain from bringing any signage into the venue.

What kind of camera do you allow? What are the photography/video policies?

Photography with a fixed camera lens is permitted, however, professional cameras (video or still) or cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted. Out of respect for the performers, please refrain from flash photography during ALL Concerts. In addition, any and all videotaping or audio recording is prohibited. Thank you for your cooperation.

Can I smoke in the venue?

In Compliance with the State of Tennessee Statues; Smoking is prohibited in all indoor public facilities. Smoking areas are designated outside the building, usually near the entrances.

Are e-cigs allowed?

E-cigs will follow the same rules and guidelines as listed in the smoking policy above.

Can I bring shade pop-ups or umbrellas?

No. However, most shows and events will be inside the air-conditioned event center and therefore, these items will not be needed.

Can I bring chairs and/or blankets?

No. However, most shows and events will be inside the air-conditioned event center, with seating options available and therefore, these items will not be needed.

Will there be lockers?

No. There will not be lockers at the venue. We highly recommends that guests refrain from bringing valuable items to the festival. The Mountain and/or the Gatlinburg Convention Center is liable for any lost and/or stolen items.

Can I bring food and/or drinks into the venue?

No food, drink, or alcohol beverages are allowed to be brought into the Center.

Are pets allowed?

Animals are not permitted at the Event, except for properly trained service animals. Attendees are responsible for contacting The Mountain via email at: info@themountainusa.com before arrival to arrange and provide proper documentation for this. In addition, the attendee is responsible for all cleanup associated.
